How booking works

Three quick steps — choose your service, confirm your details, and you’re booked.

1. Choose your service & time

Select your lash service, then pick a day and time that works for you.

2. Confirm your details

Enter your information and secure your appointment. You’ll get a confirmation right away.

3. Arrive & relax

We’ll do a quick consult, then you can relax while we create your custom lash set.

Booking Policies

Thanks for respecting our time and yours — these policies help keep scheduling smooth for everyone.

Late arrivals: 25-minute grace period (please message us if you’re running late)
Cancellations: please let us know if you can’t make it
Refills require at least 40% of lashes remaining (otherwise a full set may be needed)
Please arrive with clean lashes (no mascara, lash curlers, or strip/cluster lash glue)

Late arrivals

Please let me know if you are running late to your appointment beforehand. There is a 25 minute grace period before your appointment is canceled or rescheduled.

Cancellations

Please let me know if you can’t make it instead of just not showing up.

Refills (40% rule)

Refills must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining. Anything less may require a new full set.

Come with clean lashes

Please come with clean lashes — no mascara, no lash curlers, and no strip/cluster lash glue.
